Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure will be eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure are non-refundable.

If a customer fails to show up for the scheduled departure, no refunds will be issued.

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
